Resource and Referral Center (R & R Center)

Description:  The Resource and Referral Center is located at CVAF’s Decatur Office.   The Case Manager will conduct an assessment on each veteran to determine the type of service the veteran needs, and refer them to agencies in the community or to CVAF operated programs.

Eligibility: All veterans (military service will be verified) can receive services through this office but referrals will only be made based on each programs eligibility requirements.

Type of Referrals:

• Transitional housing
• Permanent housing
• Other housing assistance
• Employment and Training
• Medical, dental and substance abuse treatment and\or counseling
• Other services that are identified during the referral process
